Meet the new Intellibook customer portal and registration site
Faster, more intuitive booking and payment pages for your customers, branded to match your business.
The registration site and customer portal are the parts of Intellibook your customers actually see. They're where people book onto your trip or event, pay their deposit and come back later to check their booking or pay the balance.
We've rebuilt both from the ground up. The new versions are faster, easier to use on a phone and give you far more control over how they look. They're ready now for every Intellibook customer.
A clearer way to book
The new registration site takes customers through booking in three steps: choose a package, add attendees and confirm. Each step shows only what's needed at that point, so the form feels shorter and people are less likely to drop out halfway.
It works just as well on a phone as it does on a laptop, which matters when more and more people book from their phone. Travel agents booking on behalf of a client can enter their code right at the start.
You can switch the new registration site on for all your products at once, or try it on a single product first and roll it out from there.
A customer portal that makes paying easy
Once they've booked, customers use the portal to look after their booking. From one place they can:
- check their booking and who's on it
- pay a deposit or the full balance, with the amount and due date spelled out
- choose how to pay, with any processing fees shown up front
- start a payment plan if you offer one
Everything is laid out for a small screen first, so there's no pinching and zooming to find the pay button.
Your brand, front and centre
Both the registration site and the portal now pick up your branding. You can set your own colours, a header image, your logo and links to your social media once for your whole organisation.
If a particular trip or event needs its own look, you can override those settings for that product. Anything you don't override carries on using your organisation's defaults.
Built to grow
Beyond what you can see today, the new pages give us a much better foundation to build on. From here on, new features for your customers will be built on the new pages.
Already using Intellibook? Here's how to switch
Switching takes a couple of minutes. Go to Settings > Organisation > Public Pages in Intellibook, set Portal Experience to V2, then set Registration Experience to V2. Your existing booking and payment links keep working and will open the new pages.
You can switch back if you need to while you get set up. The classic pages will be retired on 31 December 2026, so we'd encourage you to make the move well before then.
Our help centre article walks through the setup and the branding options, and answers the most common questions.
